We are looking for a Growth & Content Manager. This is a new role. The Growth & Content Manager will support a fast-paced international growth, and will contribute to the generation of quality leads with a view to support revenue growth for the company’s products and services.


As our Growth & Content Manager you will be working alongside:


•   The Chief Digital Officer

•   The Digital & Data Manager

•   a team of product managers,

•   the sales organization worldwide.


Together with the above teams, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing the marketing plans and objectives of the company, in order to effectively support its business goals.


  • Contribute to the company’s corporate website layout and content optimization to increase product visibility and to convey the proper key messages and product information

  • Manage the editorial calendar and ensure timely publication

  • Enrich marketing packages - to help boost sales all along the product life cycle - with new feature unveiling campaigns, customer references and case studies, press releases, video testimonials and competition analysis

  • Build and execute product Go-To-Market marketing plans: develop hands-on marketing collateral : brochures, presentations, videos, infographics, etc. and drive product launch activities (webinars, events, internal and external announcements, emailing campaigns)

  • Build and execute events strategy in coordination with corporate functional experts to attend the most relevant events per region including industry shows, partner shows, and consultant events. Ensure the best possible exposure to products and solutions during those events: booth design/layout, sponsorship selection and execution, award competitions, etc.

  • Enjoy solving problems - and thrive when you see your work driving results and you love using your creative mind to try new and alternative ways to reach your target audience and hit your goals

  • Own and execute the local marketing strategy - including our own corporate events, trade shows, webinars… and support regional leaders

  • Work hand-in-hand with Data / Tracking team to co-define tracking & attribution models, and better understand user journeys & behaviours (LifeTime Value, …)


  • A particular interest in Tech and Energy Transition

  • First B2B marketing experience

  • At least 5 years of post-university work experience

  • A creative mindset

  • Experience managing events (trade shows and other corporate events)

  • Excellent communication and writing skills both in French and English

  • Experience using tools such as Hubspot and B2B social media such as LinkedIn

  • An energetic and positive attitude

  • You thrive in a lean and fast-paced environment

  • Fluency in English and French essential, another European language is desirable (Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, German)
