We are looking for a Growth & Content Manager. This is a new role. The Growth & Content Manager will support a fast-paced international growth, and will contribute to the generation of quality leads with a view to support revenue growth for the company’s products and services.


As our Growth & Content Manager you will be working alongside:


•   The Chief Digital Officer

•   The Growth & Content Manager

•   a team of product managers,

•   the sales organization worldwide.


Together with the above teams, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing the marketing plans and objectives of the company, in order to effectively support its business goals.


  • Help develop an account-based marketing approach to extend integrated campaigns to our named account lists with a focus on driving named prospects through the funnel

  • Create and optimize automated conversion cycles, as well as customized retention programs

  • Coordinate  and spread through the Sales and Customer Success teams digital marketing insights.

  • Act as a project owner for our CRM and database. Develop customer segmentation based on available data and hypotheses and apply the relevant segmentation strategy to our digital marketing activities

  • Elaborate advertising planning and make the most of new communication channels, especially social media, in order to increase brand and product awareness, and promote the generation of leads from the market.

  • Qualify the collected leads and maintain up-to-date the database.

  • You will be required to measure and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess them against our goals (ROI and KPIs).


  • A particular interest in Tech and Energy transition

  • First B2B marketing experience – you’ll need to be familiar with the creation and execution of campaigns

  • You enjoy solving problems - and thrive when you see your work driving results and you love using your creative mind to try new and alternative ways to reach your target audience and hit your goals.

  • Experience using marketing tools such as Hubspot, Wordpress and Google Analytics

  • Basic performance insights (working with LinkedIn, AdWords, Twitter)

  • At least 3 years of post-university work experience

  • Fluent in French and English, another European language desirable (German, French, Spanish)

  • An energetic and positive attitude

  • A startup mentality with a bias to action and the ability to flex in a fast-paced environment – Willing to work hard, knows how to work smart

  • Self-motivated with a collaborative spirit
